Apartments with shared pool set in a beautiful national park

Apartments for couples near Alghero aren’t usually as impressive as these…. Set on the ground floor of a large individually designed house on a hillside, they have both breathtaking views as far as the bay, with sunsets over Capo Caccia in the distance, and access to the regional park which starts immediately behind the house and from which Montericciu takes its name.

The two apartments share the large infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers and complemented by attractive Mediterranean gardens. Both apartments are well separated and very spacious. With tiled floors and whitewashed walls, the living areas are simply furnished and the kitchen areas are fully equipped. They offer a cool haven when sunbathing gets too much, whilst the bedrooms are bright and welcoming. Each apartment has its own terrace for outdoor meals, private from one another, one with a view over the pool, the other at a slightly elevated level with delightful country vistas.  

A summer holiday at Montericciu will be a sociable one, with the large shared pool and grounds, whilst also being only a short drive from Alghero’s shops, restaurants, bars and waterfront activities.
