Very pretty view of the lake and of the mountains in the background. Peaceful position. Surrounding the house is an equipped lawn with barbecue. Shared with 2 other villas (GARDA and S. FERMO) and the owners: swimming pool (6x12) (1/6-30/9) which is about 20 m away. Approx. 300mt away is a sports centre (swimming pool, tennis and other sports equippment) reserved for the guests of the complex (about 50 villas).
