Cosy apartments in a modern style villa set amid the greenery of olive trees on a hill around Itri. Itri (various shops), 4.3 km away, is a pretty village at the foot of the Aurunci mountains 90 km from Naples and 110 km from Rome. 12 km the famous seaside resorts of Sperlonga, Formia e Gaeta (public beaches and beaches where you can hire deck-chairs etc). Beautiful views. Peaceful position. The villa is immersed in a park (20,000 m2) which is shared with the owners and four other apartments and where there is a swimming pool (7x14) (26/6-27/8), jacuzzi, boules pitch, table football, table-tennis, barbecue, bar/pizzeria (open only in August), shaded pergola. Each apartment has its own small equipped terrace (7 m2). Water is not drinkable. Access along 800 m of dirt track road which is steep in some parts. Against payment it is possible to hire three bikes and have transport arranged to take you to the seaside resorts. Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Telephone for Incoming calls only.
