Beautiful villa (170 m2) situated in a dominating and panoramic position over the fascinating bay of St Francis on the famous island of Ischia. 3 km Forio (various shops, sandy beaches where you can hire beach umbrellas and deck chairs, car hire). 4 km Lacco Ameno, 7 km S. Angelo, 10 km the harbour at Ischia (Ischia Porto). The villa is characteristed by a spacious and equipped covered terrace (30 m2) from where you gain access to an extremely well tended garden (approx. 500 m2) from where you can enjoy extensive and relaxing views as far as the sea (large barbecue and wood burning oven).
