This superb villa is set in large private grounds, including a grove of 50 mature olive trees, and a sea-facing Greek Orthodox chapel, not to mention a 12m x 6m infinity-edge swimming pool. This beautiful home is fully air-conditioned throughout and is furnished with antiques, fine art and many personal touches including the recent addition of a Boston/Steinway grand piano. Due to some unprotected drops small children must be supervised at all times.

Ground Floor:
• Front hall leading to a living room, a library with balcony, a formal dining room and a well equipped kitchen.
• Dining and living rooms lead onto a large patio with a stone barbecue, dining area and pergola.
Lower Ground Floor:
• Games room with billiards and TV, leading onto a patio and pool, a stone barbecue and dining furniture, linked by dumb waiter to the kitchen.
• Two twin/king-sized bedrooms sharing a bathroom and
living room.
• King - sized double and a single bedroom sharing a bathroom.
First Floor:
• Three bedrooms, two king-sized doubles and one king - sized twin / double all en suite.
• Two of these bedrooms open to balconies while the master bedroom has two en suites, one with shower and the other with Jacuzzi, and opens onto a large porch.

Porto Elounda, Elounda Mare and Penninsula Hotels with restaurants, spa, golf and full watersports are 20 mins walk. Nearest beach ten mins drive. Elounda ten mins drive, Heraklion Airport 55 mins drive.
