Walking through the front door of Zografia for the first time, you are greeted by a stunning view of the sea, a view that is repeated with subtle variations from all the rooms on the ground and top floor. A wall of windows opens off the sitting room on to a gorgeous covered terrace, furnished for relaxing or dining in comfort out of doors. The view from the pool terrace is quite superb – Soukia Bay, perfectly shaped, jewel-coloured, flanked by sheltering headlands. A footpath leads down through the olive grove to the small beach, and to a boat mooring. Zografia is a perfect place in which to spend a delightfully self-indulgent holiday.

Ground Floor: Double bedroom with shower room en suite, opening on to pool terrace, hall, kitchen opening on to two terraces, sitting room opening on to terraces, twin bedroom with bathroom en suite, opening on to pool terrace.
Lower ground floor: Cloakroom, laundry room, suite comprising double bedroom, shower room and sitting room.
