The villa is close to the centre for shopping and half a mile from the sea and the sandy coves. The long sandy beaches are about two miles away. Ideally placed for exploring the surroundings, close to the Golf course at Bourgenay and the peaceful canals of the Marais Poitevin. La Rochelle and the Puy du Fou are well worth a day’s visit.
