This typical C19th French barn has been imaginatively converted into a holiday home with large sloping grass gardens and private pool 12 x 6 x 1.2-2.4m depth with security fence. Adjacent to the main house is a converted stable, which offers additional independent accommodation for four, if required at extra cost. (This property is only available with the main house). Pool heating is charged at cost, if required, payable locally. BBQ and table tennis.
Basic supplies and crêperie in village of Valennes 4 km. Restaurant and village shops in Souday 4 km. Choice of shops, restaurants, tennis, riding and Friday market in Vibraye 10 km or, for a wider choice, the town of St Calais 15 km. Swimming lake, mountain bike circuit and children's games at Lavaré 25 min drive. Excellent walks and cycling in the Forêt de Vibraye.
