Description
Situated right on the beach in the original part of La Tranche sur Mer with its charming fishermen’s cottages. The residence is in the centre and close to all the resort shops and amenities. The beach is a beautiful sweep of golden sand. The Ile de Ré and the Ile d’Aix are visible from the shore. La Tranche is a paradise for surfing, sailing and many other water sports.
Originally a 19th century hotel, the building has been beautifully renovated to offer very comfortable accommodation. From the pool (11x6m) terrace, the views of the beach and the islands are superb.
