About 900 yards from the centre of the resort of La Faute where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket and more bars and restaurants at La Tranche sur Mer five miles away. The beach is a 500 yard walk from the complex.
The villa has a private garden, ideal for children and a small terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. The collection of villas, each with its own parking space, share a large enclosed pool and a separate paddling pool.
