Situated on the banks of the lively Guisane River, in the residential Jardin Alpin area of Serre Chevalier. Shops and restaurants are all within easy walking distance (some only open high season). Superb sports facilites which include a boating lake, Olympic size pool, riding, tennis, go-carting, mini-golf and Aventure Parc. The cable cars in the high season open the mountains up for splendid hiking and mountain biking opportunities. The beautiful walled city of Briançon is fifteen minutes’ drive away with its Wednesday Provencal market. Italy is just over the border for a day trip.
