The property is a short drive from the famous golf course of Nans-les-Pins and there are several good golf courses within an hour’s drive from the property. The village of Nans-les-Pins, about 1.5km distant, has all basic shopping facilities and cafés. There are several good restaurants in the area and the charming, ancient town of St Maximum-la-Ste Baume about 10km away has modern shopping amenities. Nearby are some wonderful walks, like the Montagne Ste Victoire which Cézanne immortalised in his paintings. The beautiful town of Aix-en-Provence deserves at least one visit. The surrounding countryside abounds with quaint old Provençal villages; coastal resorts such as Cassis and La Ciotat, are an hour’s drive.

The garden (2,000m2) has screen fencing for privacy and a few mature pine trees to the rear. You enter into a large open plan living room arranged into an entrance area, a dining area, a sitting area with satellite tv and stereo unit, and a small fitted kitchen area with dishwasher. Glazed doors lead from the sitting area to a small covered terrace and, as with the kitchen area, to an open terrace close to the swimming pool (11m x 4.2m x 2m maximum depth) and its solarium. A door leads from the dining area to a utility room with washing machine. A corridor leads from the entrance area to a separate wc, a bathroom, a twin bedroom and double bedroom – the latter with a covered recess to the south terrace.

Stairs rise up from the entrance area to a first floor landing with access to a separate wc, a shower room, and a double bedroom with glazed doors onto a covered balcony. The property has a telephone. The garage is used for storage by the owners and will remain locked.
