Between the charming little port of Oursinieres (where you can get the ferry for Iles de Porquerolles) and the Baie de la Garonne, the studio is 300 yards from the sea and 400 yards from basic shops, bars and restaurants, with the centre of Le Pradet for a wider choice of shops just over a mile away. The larger towns of Hyeres and Toulon are each about twenty minutes’ drive. Tennis courts and bicycle hire a mile away, golf course three miles away and riding five miles away.

The studio is on the ground floor of a private house set in attractive gardens. There is a private terrace for the studio with lovely views over the sea, garden furniture and barbecue.

The studio room opens onto the terrace, has a double sofa bed, table and chairs, kitchen corner with two rings, microwave, electric kettle and fridge. A small mezzanine platform reached by a ladder, with a double bed. Shower room and separate wc. (Total area 28m²). Electricity included up to 60kw per week. Bed linen included.
