This spacious house is located in the typical Provençal village of Ceyreste only 5km from La Ciotat. The property nestles on the edge of a pine forest and faces a small vineyard. The town of La Ciotat boasts 6km of sandy beaches, fabulous calanques and the old centre offers a variety of traditional workshops and attractive markets. Also, the old fishing port will charm you with its terraces, cafés and restaurants. You are only 3 minutes drive away from the centre of Ceyreste where you will find restaurants, cafés, a grocery and a boulangerie. There are many other nice cities to explore from Ceyreste: Aubagne well known for its pottery and Provençal figurines; Bandol for its exceptional range of wines; Toulon for its colourful market.

You enter via a terrace with table, chairs and built-in barbecue to the dining/sitting room, which has a fireplace, satellite TV, stereo unit and a big French window opening onto a shaded terrace and the pool. From the dining room, a door to the right gives access to the well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a corridor with access to a separate WC, a bathroom (with jacuzzi bath) and a washing machine. At the bottom  of the corridor is a large twin bedroom overlooking the pine trees and a spacious double bedroom with French windows and direct access onto the front terrace, and swimming pool area.

On the first floor are a shower room/WC and a double bedroom. The house has a telephone, broadband internet access and central heating.

Outside there is loads of space. At the back of the property one terrace faces the pine forest, whilst the terrace at the front is adjacent to the 8m x 5m swimming pool and has lovely views over the vineyards.
