The main house sleeps 6/7 and the annex sleeps 4 (max 9 adults & 2 children).
Main House: The light, spacious lounge/dining room is very attractive and beautifully furnished, with high open beamed ceilings, large provencal fireplace (TV, DVD/video/stereo), patio door to a terrace and small courtyard.
Study with fax and telephone on minstrel gallery. Large fully fitted kitchen for enthusiastic cooks. Single bedroom for staff alongside the kitchen with separate shower room and WC, master Suite(1.60m),shower room, WC, exit to sun terrace, double bedroom (1.60), exit to garden, ensuite bathroom, WC. Twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom, WC.
The annex is separated from the main villa by a small courtyard and comprises: Small kitchenette with 2 electric rings and a fridge, mezzanine with 2 single beds. Shower room, WC. Double bedroom (1.60m). There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Grounds: Private tennis court and pool, spacious grounds, poolhouse with barbecue, cooker, dining suite, shower and WC, boules pitch.
