Villa le Pin is located on a quiet residential hillside above Carqueiranne sna offers superb views over the Gulf of Glens. This traditionally built and newly refurbished house is set in lovely landscaped gardens and jas plenty to space to dine al fresco, by the pool, enjoying the view. The village of Carqueiranne is just a short drive away, with its 7 kms long beach, its lovely harbour and its shops, cafes and restaurants. 

The living area with leather sofas on the ground floor is mostly open -plan with large French windows leading to the pool area, The dining area comfortably sits 6 and has large windows that make it as the rest of the property, very bright and airy. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher. Also on the ground floo is the master bedroom with en suite shower room and a direct access to the terrace.
