Situated just two miles away from the delightful town of Saint Maixent with its shops, good restaurants, supermarkets and markets. Ideally placed to visit Poitiers and Futuroscope, there are many places of interest close by including Celles sur Belle, Melle, Niort and the leafy waterways of the Marais Poitevin to the west. The stunning town of La Rochelle and the beaches of the Atlantic Coast are about an hour away.
From the covered terrace, you can enjoy wonderful views of the countryside, or just relax in the garden by the swimming pool (9x5m). There is plenty of room for children to play. Garden furniture, sunloungers, parasol and barbecue.
