Description
Ideally situated half a mile from the town centre with its famous morning markets and 300 yards from the beach. Close to the bird reserves and salt marshes for bike rides starting at Saint Pierre d’Oléron. You can also take a boat to Ile d’Aix from Boyardville; it is well worth it!
Built in a very quiet residential area, the house has fantastic views over the salt marshes opposite. The large enclosed garden has garden furniture, barbecue and two sun loungers.
