This secluded house is set in the midst of an acre of beautiful gardens and is surrounded by unspoilt Cognac vineyards and farmland. The private pool (9x4.5m) is adjacent to the house and the barn provides covered car parking. Garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.

Large fitted kitchen with pine table and chairs, fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and cafetiere. It opens onto the swimming pool area on one side and the attractively decorated lounge with sofa, armchair, sofa bed, TV, video, HiFi and open fireplace on the other. Open tread stairs lead from the living room to three carpeted bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes; two twins and a double with en suite shower room and wc. Second bathroom with wc. Cot.
