Between the towns of Celles sur Belle and Melle, only three miles from shops, services, supermarkets and gastronomic restaurants. Niort is only 15 miles away and the nature reserve of Venise Verte nearby is well worth visiting as is Poitiers and Futuroscope, 30 miles away. This region is rich in beautiful countryside and Romanesque art and architecture. La Rochelle, Cognac and Saintes are all close by.

In front of the main house is the large shady garden with garden furniture, and the cottage overlooks the impressive swimming pool (14x5.50m).
