The house is five minutes drive from the medieval town of Barbezieux where there is a good choice of food shops, supermarkets, museum, a chateau and a XVth century church. For a day on the beach, Royan or Ile d’Oléron are an hour away.
The one acre garden is child friendly with an enclosed swimming pool (10x5m). Terrace with barbecue for al fresco dining. Garden furniture, parasols and sun loungers.
