Overlooking the beautiful Sée valley, just outside the village of Perriers en Beauficel. Shop for basic provisions, a bar and bakery in Gathemo, about three miles away, with more extensive shopping, including a supermarket, weekly market and restaurants in Sourdeval about 10 minutes’ drive away.

Hillside position with panoramic views across the valley from the large enclosed garden surrounded by fields and with an old stone covered well, made completely safe with railings. Garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and a barbecue.

Very attractive and homely kitchen with gas fired Rayburn cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and large sink, from where you can enjoy the views across the valley. Dining room furnished in traditional style and comfortable sitting room with two sofas, fireplace and large screen TV and DVD player. On the first floor is the large master double bedroom, also enjoying the views and a shower room with wc. Stairs, with limited headroom at the top to the second floor where there is a most attractive large bedroom under the eaves, with three single beds. Electricity included up to 40kwh per week. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
