Belle Dune is one of the most popular self catering holiday villages in France. Consisting of 69 apartments and 236 houses, the vast resort is an environmental haven of serenity and activity. Built in the 20th Century style of the Picardy region, the village nestles in a preserved natural area of sand dunes, is surrounded by a large lake and flanked by on of France's finest golf courses - Belle Dune Golf Club (Ranked in France's top ten courses) - an ideal location for a family golf holiday in Normandy.

On site activities are numerous, including not only the golf but also tennis, archery, an indoor and outdoor aqua club, a selection of children's clubs for all ages, large beaches accessible on foot or by a small train, a small farm, cycle lanes, fitness sessions, beach yachting, table tennis tournaments, a mini-market and an English pub.

The village is split into five distinct areas or quartiers':

-Quartier de la Place- consists of a square next to the Grand Lac with a small 2-storey building fitted with large bay windows housing the apartments and 2 small buildings housing the Maison de Belle Dune and the main reception. The square is south-facing and opens onto a fitted up shore of the artificial lake.

-Quartier des Eaux Vives- stretches behind the Quartier de la Place and is linked by alleyways. This area consists of adjoining houses in groups of 2 to 4 bordering the Grand Lac or the canal, offering wonderful views over the water, the surrounding countryside or the golf course.

-Quartier du Grand Lac-, continuing along the square and linked by an alleyway, this area consists of small adjoining houses with views over the water.

-Quartier du Hameau-: adjoining houses on the golf course and close to the Club House.

-Quartier de l'Ile aux Oiseaux-: situated in a very peaceful area on the edge of the golf course and of a small lake.
