Each room is large and comfortable, stylishly furnished and beautifully maintained. Accommodation is provided in the main farmhouse and converted barn.

Ground floor: Drawing room with open fireplace, well-stocked bookcases, living room ,(TV, Video, CD) French doors to the swimming pool, large kitchen/breakfast room leading to a spacious west facing conservatory with further table and chairs, twin bedroom (0.80m) french doors to the herb garden, shower room & WC.
First floor: Master double bedroom (1.90m brass bed), open fireplace, garden views, 2 steps down to ensuite bathroom, WC, double bedroom (brass 1.90m bed), open fireplace, garden views. 7 steps up to bathroom, WC.

BARN
There are two independent studios in the barn with separate entrances.
Ground floor studio: Open plan room with twin beds, living/dining area, fridge, Ensuite shower room, WC. Spacious and characterful.
First floor studio: Via external staircase and balcony, double bedroom (1.90m bed), living area, ensuite shower room and WC . Extensive views.
Grounds: Swimming pool, barbecue, games room with table tennis. 10 acres of private garden and woodlands. A small country track runs to the side of the property.

Maid service: 3 hours, 3 days per week included
