With an all weather tennis court, private pool, lawns, access to forest trails, Minervois has something for everyone.

The area is rich in history with Roman and Cathar castles and Abbeys. Summer brings to life the medieval history with entertainment staged in the medieval walled town of Carcasonne. Vineyards abound, with their 'caves' for wine tasting.

First floor: Living room with wood burner, garden views (TV,Video,CD), double bedroom (1.60m), ensuite shower room and WC. 2 Twin bedrooms (0.80m), garden views, bathroom, WC.
Open tread staircase to second floor: Master double bedroom (1.90m), wood floors, exposed beams and stone walls, garden views, ensuite bathroom and WC. 2 Double bedrooms (1.60m), garden views. Bathroom with foot and claw bath, WC. Hallway with office area (internet access, fax & printer).
Grounds: 2 acres of lawn and trees. 10 acres of forest with trails to the national park. Summer kitchen, shower room. Badminton, volley ball. Terrace for dining (a small lane runs alongside the terrace). A stream runs the length of the garden. The pool and tennis court cannot be seen from the house. Children play area (swings, monkeys bars) also available, used at clients own risk.
