Maison Touffailles is a lovely country home built with traditional Quercy stone and set in a peaceful location in 20 acres of grounds, just a stones throw from the village of Touffailles. Approached via an oak lined drive, there are grassed areas for children to play and woods to explore!

The house has been completely renovated yet still retains many original features such as light oak beams and tiled floors giving a comfortable and homely feel to the good sized, sunny rooms.

There are a wealth of places to visit and things to do nearby. The 13th century bastide town of Lauzerte has stunning views, and is one of the '11 most beautful villages in France'. Montcuq is lively and inviting, especially during the food market on sunday! Montaigu de Quercy has a leisure lake and good Saturday market. Visit Moissac with its Romanesque abbey and cloisters, or for a livelier day out, the “Parc Walabi” theme park near Agen.

Master bedroom suite (1.40m bed and additional 0.80m day bed), french doors to garden, dressing area leading to integral bathroom, ensuite shower room with WC. From this shower room is a bedroom with twin beds (0.80m) – ideal for two children to be near parents – door to grounds, small West facing terrace.
First Floor: Double bedroom (1.50m wrought iron bed) overlooking garden and pool, ensuite bathroom with WC. Twin Bedroom (0.90m), ensuite shower room with WC. (Both bedrooms have low sill heights)
Grounds: 20 acres of grounds. Boules. Covered terrace for dining. There is a covered well in the garden. Saline swimming pool.
