Description
Trôo is a mediaeval village also known as a troglodyte site, with its own bakery and restaurant. Four miles away, along the Loir River, the lovely town of Montoire has many shops and a supermarket. Within easy reach of the Loire châteaux and the famous vineyards.The Loir valley also has much to offer with excellent Jasnières Loir wines which can be tasted at the restaurant in the village. Well worth visiting are La Chartre and Poncé sur le Loir, Courdemanche and the wonderful castles at Le Lude and Blois.
Le Cloître has a covered terrace, a perfect spot to enjoy the afternoon sunshine and with views over to the owners’ orchard and gardens. On the other side of the path there is a large garden with a wooden table under the trees with wonderful views of the Loir valley. Also within the grounds towards the top of the orchard Le Verger affords beautiful views and has its own garden and garden furniture. The two cottages can be rented together.

Nicely decorated double room, shower room and separate wc. Extra bed for child under 12 years old, on request at extra cost payable locally. Electricity above 30kw per week payable locally.
