Description
Only three miles from Pleumartin or Saint Pierre de Maillé for basic shops, La Roche Posay is seven miles away for more shops, markets and supermarket. At the crossroads of the Touraine, Berry and Poitou region with its abbeys, châteaux, and wildlife. The pretty village of Angles sur l’Anglin with its château two miles away. The surrounding countryside provides an ideal backdrop for taking walks and relaxing. Futuroscope is under 30 minutes away.
La Gaillarde is one of three self-contained cottages on the estate which are bookable with Just France (La Brande, Sleeps 4/5 and La Tourderie, Sleeps 2/3). Each house is self contained with a private garden with lawn, trees and flowers. La Gaillarde has a terrace which looks over an oak forest and a lovely garden with flowers. All have garden furniture, and barbecue. The swimming pool (14 x 6m) is shared with the owners who like to use the pool after 5pm.
Highlights
This pretty, well decorated cottage has a living room with a fireplace, the sitting area has a sofa and dining area with a dresser. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Separate wc with hand basin. Upstairs is an alcove with a double bed and a triple room sharing a shower room with wc. Two cots and a highchair available on request. Electricity up to 30kW/week included. Bed linen and one large towel per person included and beds made on arrival.
