Ideally located on the banks of the Indre and opposite the Logis Royal, the resort at Locahes occupies an outstanding site: the rehabilitated old flour mills, to which small modern buildings respectful of the surrounding heritage have been added. It offers very comfortable apartments with a loggia or small garden, except for the mill apartments.

A welcome drinks party is held in April/July/August; every Saturday to welcome guests and introduce them to the residence and the town as well as to the various service providers in the region. On-site activities include a swimming pool with terrace-solarium, while the medieval town of Loches is just a 5-minute walk away. Further afield lie the chateaux de Loire, including Chambourg, Tours, and Chenonceau with activities such as golf, tennis, gliding and horse riding within close proximity.
