About 17 miles from both Saumur and Villandry, just over 30 miles from Tours and within easy reach of many of the chateaux and vineyards of the Loire.

Peacefully situated, surrounded by fields with tamed sheep, donkeys, ponies, geese and ducks, and close to the dense forest of Chinon. Covered terrace outside the dining room with garden furniture and barbecue. Orchard with above ground pool (5.6m diameter) shared with the owner who rarely uses it.
