Under two miles from La Salle de Vihiers for fresh bread, the pretty towns of Vihiers and Chemillé, both about five miles away, have shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. In the triangle of Angers (25 miles), Saumur (25 miles) to the north and Cholet (16 miles) to the south with the Puy du Fou just below (28 miles), the house is ideally situated for the Anjou and Muscadet wine routes and the Loire châteaux.
This lovely, spacious house is full of character and has private garden, garden furniture and barbecue. On a vast estate with gardens, woods, a lake and fields, Le Pavillon is next door to the manor house. In one of the large gardens, an enclosed swimming pool (12x6m) is shared with another house and the owners.
