Description
Bourgueil, one of the famous wine villages of the Loire region, is about a mile away. Here there are shops, restaurants and tennis courts. The house is conveniently placed for visiting Saumur, Chinon and all the other chateaux and vineyards of the Loire valley.
Set in quiet surroundings, the accommodation comprises the main house, a garden house and a barn bedroom, all sharing the central well-tended gardens. The main house has a terrace outside the living room with garden furniture and barbecue. The garden house has a pretty courtyard with a covered terrace. The enclosed orchard provides an attractive setting for the swimming pool (11x6m).
