It is a well appointed, spacious villa with a particularly unusual green tiled tower. It has been lovingly restored, preserving its marble floors, Italian style ceilings, and grand staircase with Art Deco cast iron, cherry wood and stained glass windows.

The garden and pool overlook the sea. A beautiful pond, palm tree, bamboo, sea pines and fruit trees complete the garden, offering shady places to sit and enjoy the view.

Sète was once a small fishing village on the island of Mont Saint Clair and became the definitive Languedoc fishing port for France on the Mediterranean. This warm and colourful town is known as the Venice of Languedoc with its canals and small bridges. Its charm lies in the canals, the sea and restaurants offering the catch of the day. Twelve kilometres of sandy beach stretches from Sete to Cap d’Agde. There is so much to do in and around Sete, from sailing trips, water sports, micro light flights, tennis, golf, horse riding, to museums, theatres and a casino should you fancy your luck at the tables!!

First Floor: Master bedroom (1.80m), French doors onto balcony with sea views, ensuite dressing room, ensuite bathroom with sunken bath, WC, sea view. Double bedroom (1.50m), sea view. Twin/Double bedroom (2x0.90m or 1.80m), overlooks the garden. Shower room, WC ensuite to both these bedrooms (separate access from each room) Under floor heating throughout the house.
Grounds: The house is situated just off a small local road. Enclosed, south facing garden overlooking the sea. Exotic fishpond (unprotected, hence no young children). Heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi with large glass doors opening onto the terrace, barbecue. The pool area has a climatically controlled cooling system for summer months.

Maid Service: 5 hours per week included on Saturdays.
