This villa is situated in a residential area of the village of Redessan and is within walking distance of its local shopping facilities – a boulangerie, butcher and grocery. Nîmes is just 11km away and has a fantastic historic centre with Roman remains, lovely boutiques and nice restaurants and cafés. The village of Redessan is very well located being near many sites of interest. Indeed, you are at the crossroad of two regions. On one hand you have the Camargue with its natural park plus towns such as Arles (39km) and Aigues-Mortes (52km); on the other hand is the Alpilles range and its pretty villages of St Remy de Provence (33km) and Les Baux de Provence.

Avignon is a beautiful fortified city where the popes used to have their residence from the 14th century and is only 40 minutes drive away. Also, le Pont du Gard and the Gardon River (where you can swim) is about 15km away, and the old ducal town of Uzès lies some 30km from the house. Montpellier is under one hours’ drive and is also worth a visit.

The house is set on a plot of 2500m² with a swimming pool (4.5m x 8.5m) that has a solarium plus a pool house with table and chairs, fridge, shower and wc.

• You enter the house into the entrance hall that has a separate wc on the left.
• The hall leads to the large and comfortable sitting room with sofa, armchairs, a piano and TV, DVD player, fireplace and reversible air-conditioning system.
• Sliding doors open onto a little veranda equipped with table and chairs for two plus a teak sofa and access to the garden - this room is ideal to have a coffee or read a book especially out of season.
• To the right of the sitting room is the dining room with wrought iron table and chairs and access to the terrace with teak table and chairs.
• The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and utility room with storage and freezer is open plan to the dining room and has a glazed door to the garden.
• Off the kitchen is the entrance hall and staircase to the first floor which has a double bedroom with TV, DVD player plus en-suite bathroom and separate wc.
• On the same level is a single bedroom with en-suite shower room, two double bedrooms with interconnecting bathroom, a separate wc and a mezzanine living area with sofas, books and magazines that has a staircase down to the sitting room.
