This Cevenol farmhouse has 7,5 hectares of grassy, wooded and pasture areas including a large pond (about 1 acre) near the house that has lots of fish and is used by ducks and geese. The house is comfortably furnished and has a 12m x 6m swimming pool covered by a spacious sliding glazed frame, making it ideal for use out of season. At night the coloured lights illuminate the swimming pool. The pool has also a paved open terrace and a covered pool house so that it can be ideal relaxing area in the sun or shade. Nearby (about 5km) is the ancient Roman spa of Les Fumades where one can go to the casino or dine in some good restaurants.
For shopping, St Ambroix is 10km away and its exceptional market takes place every Tuesday. In St Ambroix you could also enjoy bathing, canoeing or fishing in the Cèze River. Also within easy reach are Anduze (25km), Uzes (40km), and Nîmes (50km).

The ground floor is the living area which has access from the garden and paved terrace to all rooms. There is a hallway off which is the well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and double glazed door to the shaded outdoor eating terrace. Also off the hallway are a double bedroom and a dining/sitting room with teak table to seat 10, a sofa, TV, DVD player, hi-fi unit, a fireplace and French doors to the front and side terraces. The hallway has a door to a separate WC and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
A staircase leads to the first floor landing off which are four bedrooms (three twin bedrooms and one double bedroom), a shower room/WC and a bathroom with a bath plus a shower. Access is possible from the first floor and bedrooms to a covered and spacious balcony/terrace which also has an outside staircase leading to the ground floor terrace and garden area. The house has central heating, a barbecue outside, a pay as you go mobile phone, as well as 2 bicycles.
