About an hour from Montpellier or one and a half hours from Carcassonne with its fortified old town. Set in spectacularly beautiful countryside with countless pretty villages to discover and many sporting activities, including golf, riding, climbing and canoeing. You can fish and windsurf at the lake of Salagou nearby, whilst less than an hour away to the south are the Mediterannean beaches of Marseillan, Valras Plage and Cap d’Agde; many vineyards to visit throughout the area with excellent and inexpensive wines to taste and buy.

On the lower ground floor is a very large games room with table tennis, table football and TV. Central heating, electric shutters and multi vacuum cleaner points.
