On the outskirts of Corconne, it nestles against the wooded hillside without being overlooked. There is light traffic on the nearby village bypass. An evergreen oak dating from the 1700’s grows on the terrace between the house and the pool, offering the necessary shade for al fresco dining at mid-day. Large non chlorinated pool 10 x 5 x 1.1-2.4m depth with security immersion alarm, diving board and pool-side shower. The surrounding terrace gives a choice of sun or shade throughout the day. Next to the pool is a summer kitchen with sink and hot water, fridge and shower. Steps around the summer kitchen have single chain fence marking the drop down to the terrace. Also 1m drop from one side of pool to drive. BBQ in the mouth of an old lime kiln.
