This attractive house, within walking distance of the shops of the village of Cournonterral, 15km from Montpellier, has not just one ‘terrasse fleurie’ but several, to the front, side and rear: one colonnaded, the front one glazed, a further open terrace also to the front, an open side terrace with access to three bedrooms and a further glazed terrace to the rear.
The owners have created spacious and comfortable living areas inside the house and a delightful, enclosed Mediterranean garden with fruit trees and a barbecue. The inviting swimming pool (11m x 4m x a depth of 1.2m to 2.2m) has a curved shape.
From this appealing property you can explore the Mediterranean coast (20 minutes drive), visit the Camargue, enjoy the lively town of Montpellier, venture into the arrière-pays or sample the oysters and mussels straight from the Bassin de Thau.

Main entry is into the spacious, open-plan sitting/dining area with its glazed-in rear terrace. On one side of this is the kitchen with dishwasher and access to a laundry area in the garage with washing machine; on the other side is access to a hall off which is a separate WC, a bathroom/WC and five bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom, another double room, one twin room, one with a single ‘lit bateau’ and one with 2 single bunk beds. 
A separate wing has a master double bedroom upstairs with a large balcony, whilst at ground level is a shower room/WC, a sauna, plus a TV room with TV, video and piano. The house has a telephone. There is a garage and plenty of parking.

Outside high season are reduced prices for 9 or less sharing, in which case the separate wing is not included
