Description
On the edge of the Languedoc National Park, just over a mile from the small town of Bédarieux for shops and restaurants, eight miles from the spa town of Lamalou les Bains with its casino, nine hole golf course and restaurants. Canoeing nearby at Roquebrun, riding at Boussagues and windsurfing and fishing at the lake of Salagou. Just 45 minutes drive to the Mediterranean beach resort of Valras, via the lovely medieval market town of Pezenas, with its antique shops. Within easy reach of the airports at Montpellier about an hour away, and Carcassonne, the latter with its magnificent fortified old town, about one and a half hours drive away.
Beautifully set on a hillside with lovely views over the valley of the River Orb, the villa stands in a large enclosed garden, partly lawned and full of fruit and olive trees. There is a swimming pool (10x4m) ample garden furniture, barbecue and a lovely arcaded, covered terrace providing welcome shade. Here you can enjoy the views as the sun goes down, sipping a glass of the excellent local Faugeres wine.

There are four bedrooms all on the same level, two doubles and two twins, each with ensuite shower and wc. Games room with table tennis. Cot provided. Electricity included up to 60kwh per week. Bed linen and towels available at extra cost payable locally.
