The accommodation is of a very high standard, with high quality fittings, stylish bathrooms, all en suite, and bright fabrics.  Built of stone and brick under a tile roof with many original decorative ironwork features, it offers a warm cosy residence in winter, yet remains cool in the hot summer months.  The property is made up of two wings, La Grande Maison and La Toscane, which provide spacious accommodation for up to 20 people.  The two wings can be rented separately outside of peak season and are completely self contained.  Each wing has its own private entrance and terraces, and a separate gate at the rear ensures privacy or, when rented together, allows access from one wing to the other.

La Grande Maison:

The attractive front entrance leads into a spacious reception hall and sitting area with a guest cloakroom.  The spacious main living room has high ceilings, a tiled floor and an original stone and brick fireplace.  There are comfortable sofas and chairs, satellite television, DVD and CD player.  A wooden staircase leads to a spacious gallery with a library/reading/music area and there is even a digital piano.  The dining room has a large table to seat 12 with space for an additional table to seat a total of 20 people.  French doors lead to a large terrace with further covered seating for up to 20.

The kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast area, double gas hob with two electric ovens, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer and a second fridge for drinks.  There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room.  There is also a games room with exercise equipment, table tennis and access to the garden.

The bedrooms are located on the first floor which is reached by a wooden staircase that leads to a landing with a separate cloakroom.  La Grande Chambre has a super king size bed (can be made up as a twin) and a full bathroom en suite.  There is also access from here to the gallery.  There are two twin bedrooms, Cypres and Azteque, which can both be made as doubles if required, each with a shower room en suite.  The Chambre d’Or has a king size bed and a shower room en suite.  The fifth bedroom, Wisteria, has a double bed and a shower room en suite.

The gardens include an arbour and a shallow, fenced pond with an Italian style fountain, as well as many shady areas to sit and relax and a separate area with children’s swings.  The swimming pool measures 12.5 x 6.5 m and is surrounded by sun loungers, tables, chairs and parasols.  There is an Italian style pool house with changing facilities and shower room.
