Dont miss a day in Carcassonne 38km (UNESCO World Heritage site) with its narrow streets and fabulous pavements cafes. A great day out! The Canal du Midi is also just 10km away and is ideal for walks and cycling along its tree lined tow path. Children will love a day at the beach which is about 35km drive.
