This magnificent townhouse is situated in the beautiful central square of the village of St Jean de Côle which is widely regarded as one of the loveliest villages in France.  Surrounded by architectural masterpieces such as the Romanesque church and the twelfth century Château de la Marthonie, the classical façade of Jardin de St Jean conceals almost four thousand square metres of beautiful landscaped gardens and a large swimming pool with an attractive decking surround.

The accommodation is set over three floors. The main reception rooms are situated on either side of an imposing hallway which leads straight through to a walled garden with dining furniture and from there to the extensive landscaped gardens and pool. The magnificent grand salon adjoins the formal dining room and on the other side of the hall there is a second living room with satellite television, DVD, CD player. The large kitchen is extremely well equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large office space with two desks, a small second kitchen area, dining table and cloakroom.
