There is a small shallow lake in the grounds without fencing, whereas the mill pond is protected by a low wall and partly fenced although parents should ensure that young children are supervised, there is table tennis and swings. Each house has a patio/eating out area with garden furniture and barbecue. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
