About 16 miles from Domme and the Dordogne valley and just over 20 miles from Sarlat. To the south, the Lot valley and Cahors with its vineyards is slightly closer.

Quietly situated in woodland with spacious garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, and a very large fenced swimming pool (14x7m).

The attractive living room comfortably furnished in traditional style has dining and sitting areas with double sofa bed, open fireplace and door to terrace. The modern fitted kitchen has mixed gas/electric hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a smart bathroom and separate wc.
