Benefiting from a recent substantial refurbishment the property provides a total of ten bedrooms across three properties which are available collectively under (ref FG281) At certain times of the year these properties may be available separately (FG278 Manor House, FG279 La Garenne and FG280 Les Chenes). Ideal for large groups or more than one family on holiday together. Le Manoir is the largest of the three independent accommodations and is a magnificent country house fitted to very high standards. The layout and access makes Le Manoir feel very private with an outlook over the grounds. Entrance hall via the tower with Sep WC leading to a magnificent luxurious sitting room with comfortable seating, TV, fireplace and French windows to terrace. Up a few steps to a beautiful dining area with access to large private terrace ideal for entertaining and socializing which leads down to the pool area. Bed 1: Two singles with en-suite bathroom/WC. Bed 2: double en-suite, accessed from the terrace only. Large fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers, “aga”, a second oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. La Garenne is a single storey detached building right over looking the pool area. (Care with young children if pool cover is not in place) Fitted to the same high standards, the property has a rear terrace for private outside dining that backs on to peaceful woodlands for peace and tranquility. Ideal for bird spotting and wildlife! Large open plan fully equipped kitchen/living/dining area with comfortable seating and table. Les Chênes is attached to the main Manor house but remains completely independent with its own access. High standard accommodation and fittings make this an ideal unit for small families or couples or those wanting independent accommodation from the group. The accommodation provides an open plan kitchen/dining and sitting room with table and comfortable sofa. Dishwasher and microwave. Double doors lead to a private terrace for outside dining, overlooking magnificent views. Steps leading down to main pool and other facilities. Bed 1: Double. Sep WC and bath room. Bed 2: Bunk beds with en-suite shower/WC. A further double sofa bed in living area is available.
