The cottages are on the edge of a small hamlet in the grounds of the house of a charming working couple in beautiful wine producing country. Just 3 minutes drive is a good restaurant ‘La Tour des Vents’ and you are close to the famous town of Montbazillac which produces some of the best French sweet wines. The properties are two minutes drive from Sigoulès, which has a large leisure centre with tennis, canoeing on the lake, cycling plus pools with waterslides. Begerac is just 10km away and has many shops and restaurants as well as a good market twice a week. An excellent golf course is at Monestier, 10 minutes away.

The cottages are about 100 metres apart and are ideal for two couples travelling together; or either cottage can be rented separately.

Cottage A (sleeps 2)

Attached to the owner’s house, you enter into a living room with a sofa, TV and kitchenette as well as a table to seat two. The kitchenette has sink, oven, hobs, fridge and cupboards. Off this room is a shower room/WC with a washing machine and a double bedroom. There is central heating.

Both cottages have their own terrace and outdoor furniture. The grounds have a large, attractive garden in which is the shared 12m x 6m swimming pool with covered terrace and changing room with WC.
