Some four miles from Sarlat with its medieval old town, weekly market, shops and restaurants, and about two miles from the picture postcard villages of Beynac and La Roque Gageac on the banks of the Dordogne. Tennis in Vezac close by and canoeing at various beaches along the river.

Set high up with commanding views of the Dordogne valley and the Château of Beynac, the property stands on a small sloping plot of land and has a lovely sunny terrace with garden furniture and barbecue around the fenced pool (10x5m) which can be heated (for extra charge).

This modern and comfortably furnished house is light and bright, with open plan living room with sitting and dining areas, TV and well equipped kitchen area with hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric kettle and dishwasher.
