Tennis in Penne-d' Agenais, 15 min drive, from where you can enjoy panoramic views of surrounding area and which is also home to the famous pilgrimage church, Notre Dame de Peyragude, lovingly restored by pilgrims in the late C19th.

This old stone house is private and secluded, has been designed and refurbished with much attention to detail and with absolute comfort as a priority. Entry to the property through electronic gates to ensure privacy. Covered parking for two vehicles. Colourful front garden leads out to two pools: Pool 1: 9.5 x 6 x 0.8-2m depth with security immersion alarm. Pool 2: (splash pool) 5 x 4 x 0.50m depth. Lovely decked area and poolside covered terrace with bar ideal for long, lazy lunches with a view of orchards and distant fields.
