The garden is lawned with a gravel driveway and looks west onto the Dordogne Valley, steps lead down to a lower part of the grounds and the private swimming pool 12 x 6 x 1 – 2.2m depth with security alarm. Some drops in the garden so take care with small children. For those who enjoy walking the immediate area is a walkers paradise! BBQ.

Interior of the house has been nicely decorated.

• Main living room. This room runs the length of the house and has a fireplace on the same scale.
• Well equipped country style kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.
• Storage/laundry room with washing machine. WC.
• Second living room on the lower ground floor with TV and CD player.
• Though both the kitchen and the main sitting room have a door to a small courtyard this is shared with a neighbouring house and the main entrance is from the garden into the second sitting room.

• Bed 3: 2 singles more suitable for children as it is a fairly simple.
