The private pool is 9m x 4.5m x 1.3-2m depth. It has roman steps and is protected by an immersion alarm. Next to it is a sunny terrace area. Behind the house is a second, grassy, garden area, facing east so providing a sunny breakfast spot.

The accommodation is all on one floor of this split level house and is reached either from the road side on the same level or by external stone steps leading to the main front door.
